"Let me start by saying I love Fabletics products - as long as I purchase in-store. I'm never disappointed. However, when trying to use the online ordering system, things fell apart. I cancelled my account in December 2020 - before my shipment was due to send - and despite cancelling the account they still charged me $49.95 per month. Also, they never shipped product! Missing the fact that I was getting charged for 4 months is on me as I used an account I don't check often, but I shouldn't have had to worry. I was assured the account was cancelled and have a receipt saying so. And now that I'm trying to get everything resolved, they are trying to only refund 3/4 months. (sigh) This is too much of a pain so save yourself the problems and just shop in the stores. It's more expensive, but it will save you time and money in the long run."

"I was very upset when they changed their membership process and I paid 49.95 + SHIPPING FOR A SPORTS BRA!! Without realizing I used my "member credit" for the month on a sports bra priced at 29.99 thinking I would have money left over. Nope! They didn't ever warn me that my selection was worth much less than the "member credit" value. They should definitely fix that with a pop-up message at the least. The customer service person said I could send it back, but it was no longer available and would not be available in a set (which would make the purchase fair). I asked if I could keep the bra (which I love) and they could just send some leggings but they said no. I had to cancel my membership of 3 years over this one bad transaction and they seem ok with it but I am not. It's too bad because I love the quality of the product and the styles are always cute. I wonder if Kate Hudson knows that this is how her company does customer service?"
