"I needed to return a clothing item and the service made me feel at ease with the store clerk at customer service counter. Than I went to Sephora and the mgr. at that dept. was very knowledgeable she helped me with my purchase. I will be returning for some other items. "We were very disappointed. After finding pants; trying on six pairs to find two that fit, we went to check out. The pants were on a rack labeled something like "$20 each, 2nd pair 50% off". So we were expecting $30 for the two pair. They rang up at $30 each - total of $60. The cashier refused to go with us so we could show her the rack. After all our wasted time at Kohl's, we left the pants behind. Kohl's must be hurting for business if they have to use deceptive advertising to get people to take things off the rack. I don't recommend this store. They are not standing behind their advertised prices"
