"I stopped in to get a new bra as I have not updated my bras in a while. The store was clean and well organized. However, they do not have the friendliest of staff. I was able to get the help I needed, but everyone seems to lack general customer service experience. I love positive experiences when I shop, which drives me to stay longer and potentially buy more. Shopping at this store made me just want to get what I needed and to leave as soon as possible."

"I'm honestly done with VS after this last visit & even told my husband to just cancel the Angel card. We went in because we got the $10 birthday reward. I looked online before going & it said the item I liked was in stock. Well, that was a lie! so now I'm searching for something similar. The associate was actually helpful & tried to help me find something. The thing that upset me was as I was browsing one of the knobs on one of the drawers that are thigh level was extremely sharp & ended up catching my jeans, creating a small tear. I let them know because if that had been someone's bare skin they would have been bleeding. It seemed that the screw head was stripped making it very sharp. All the other screws were fine. The manager said "thanks for letting us know & sorry it hurt your jeans". That was it, no offer to remedy the situation...I'm just stuck with a tear in my jeans because VS had a faulty & dangerous screw on their display. I still stayed & tried to find something, but honestly I feel like their quality has gone down hill...it all feels cheap & is made from polyester. No thanks!"

"3 employees promised they could order me my desired item in my desired size. The cashier puts in the order for me and hands me the receipt. On it, everything looks fine because it doesnt state details. Once Im back at the airbnb, i see that she ordered a completely different size and a random colour too? Not at all what we told her????? We called and tried cancelling the order but it was impossible? I now have this unuseable item here and I need to somehow return it. We also tried ordering the correct iten ourselves but the shipping is well above a week, im traveling to my home country in 2 days. That one cashier ruined it all. The buy 2 get 2 is a complete scam."
