"I forget the woman's name she was an older lady who helped us in the children's department last Saturday but I have to say her customer service was amazing, she helped my daughters and I take things to the register, made great recommendations, great to talk with and just made the whole experience a phenomenal one. I hope if Macy's see's this than hopefully you can recognize her as a model employee."

"Convenient location off 215 in Downtown Summerlin shopping center. Lots if parking with handicap access. I had two items to return. The exchange and return dept is on the first floor. There was minimal waiting. The young man was great, very friendly, professional and efficient. He made the return fast and easy. I shopped the other depts as well. The interior was bright, neat, clean and organized. Everything was well displayed and trendy. Lots of variety to peruse and get excited. The service reps were very helpful, attentive and friendly. They answered all my questions The Backstage customer service was excellent. Hardly any wait to checkout. Marquis was great, very personable and efficient. The checkout service in the womens dept was excellent as well. It was a great experience over all. I will definitely return."

"Staff are extremely rude and condescending. I purchased several items online and wasn’t happy with the fit of a couple of shirts that I received and I accidentally ordered them with the wrong sleeve length. Brought my return items to this location in lieu of mailing them back and was accused of wearing them because the shirts were wrinkled from being shipped, even though they had obvious tags on them in places I can’t fathom wearing the clothing comfortably. Was asked by multiple employees why I was returning them and given attitude after explaining that I ordered a size that I was unhappy with. I’m sorry, when you purchase online, there are going to be situations where you’re unhappy with the fit. I returned $40 worth of an over $400 order, get over it."

"Does anyone else think of the Thanksgiving Parade whenever you walk in this department store? Maybe it's just me... I always enjoy parking right outside of a major department store whenever I visit a mall, and it was no different during my recent visit to the Summerlin Mall on 27 Jan 2024 - I parked in the parking garage outside of Macy's. It's been a while since I visited this store, and as I was walking through here, it reminded me of how diverse this store really is. The fact that our society has gone to a more e-commerce-centric lifestyle, it's appreciative to have brick-and-mortar businesses still available to consumers. I didn't actually shop here for my recent visit; however, I have purchased things here before. The employees are always helpful, professional, and friendly...so no issues there. The prices are not super cheap, but it is adequate considering the quality and name brands being sold here. This is one store that I highly recommend shopping or just window shopping because there are a lot of goods here to look at. Even if you don't want to purchase anything, at least you can walk around and get your steps in for the day."

"The store is not doing their upkeep … carpets are torn… dressing rooms are old looking with very dim lighting… very disappointing. Needs to be remodeled, areas that are still nice look more in the 90’s style. The selection of clothes they have here seems to be from another century… I don’t even recognize some of the brands they carry here??? Anyways I don’t recommend…"
