"Cute boutique but bad experience. I wondered in Memorial Day. They were having a decent sale. 2 of the items I picked were 50% off. When I got to the register to pay the sale girl was going on and on about the items being 50% off only to charge me for the full amount. When i noticed the discrepancy seconds after, she responded "oh my bad I cant fix it. I can only give you store credit for the over charge." WHAT?!? So you screw up and I take the loss? She was quick to tell me all the things I could purchase with no apology for her mistake. It felt like a deliberate act. A scam. I can see from the other reviews this place has a history of bad customer service. I dont know what stay at home Mom owns this place but please hire some real retail experienced employees for more than minimum wage instead of a bunch of kids that drank the night before till 2am and then stumbled into work the next day looking a mess and yes she was a mess. The place has nice things just the wrong people working. The next day I went back because I bought something I really didnt want with the store credit only to be met with yet another child stone faced and lacking customer service. She stared me down like i stole the items I purchased and had the nerve to have an attitude with her pleather outfit on and its 90 degrees outside. LOL! Anyway do better and hire people that want to work not your friends kids or the kids that live next door. Not a good look for a place located in upscale Tivoli Village. DO BETTER."

"I shop here often. This time was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I came in on 11/19/2022 at 8:23 PM. Google says the shop closes at 9 PM. When I walked in, the girl working (Tabatha) didn’t even greet me, she just said “We close in 20 minutes.” Which would mean they close at 8:43 PM… I said okay as I was just looking for an outfit for the night, so I wasn’t planning on staying long anyway. 5 minutes pass by, and she says to me again “Just so you know, we close in 15 minutes.” I was so taken back and felt so unwelcomed and rushed. I tried on the items as fast as I could and purchased them. As I was walking out of the store, it was 8:33 PM. Three girls were walking in as I was leaving. Tabatha yelled across the store to them “Yeah we close in 10 minutes.” They looked at each other in shock and turned around to leave. (I’m sure you’ll see it on your security cameras.) I felt bad for the girls as it was embarrassing being told that since you immediately feel not welcomed. These girls will most likely never come back to this store because of the way they were spoken to. I adore this boutique and even follow the IG for updates, but I will not return after this last experience. Your employee is providing a terrible reputation for your business. Either change your hours on Google or get rid of this terrible employee. I’m shocked I don’t see more bad reviews about her."

"I love the outfits I get from here! they are beautiful and unique, I bought here my dress for my 50th year party, another beautiful long dress tu use at my friend's birthday, if I need something cute I like coming here. It worth the prices! I tried all I wanted and the sales person was helpful and patient with me. Happy will come back. I love the location is in downtown Summerlinn!"

"Was passing by the store and a cute romper caught my attention and I’m glad it did. I’d never been in this shop before or heard of it but pretty much EVERYTHING was great. The sweet girl working was extremely helpful and upon asking her how long this place had been operating for I was happy to learn it was a locally Vegas owned business that has been open for approx 3yrs give or take. I love supporting my local community through their business especially now w the shut down crippled small business’. It’s important we keep supporting one another in our local areas. Loved pretty much everything about this store from its employees to their products."
