"low quality clothing, not worth it. Also, the girls who work here are extremely rude & give off such judgmental, condescending energy. I’ve been here multiple times looking for specific pieces with my husband. Each time I was dressed down… more casual. I dress up for events, not to shop around this tacky boutique… with their noses so stuck up in the air… they’re gonna lose long term, loyal clients. I would get rid of them. Incredibly bad for business."

"Went in to make a return. The lady working said it would be "too time consuming" and made us leave the store. There were only two other people in the store and nobody else was in line."

"The manager, Corina, was extremely rude with an unwelcoming tone. She questioned my date of purchase (while she had it in front of her) I said around 4 days ago or so and her response was, it’s not 4 days it’s actually 5 which wasn’t even necessary. Her demeanor was unwelcoming and the expectations for customer service was horrible. Not only was she being rude but lied and was hesitant to processing my return. She mentioned, we cannot return items that have the tags off but I had the tag available, just not attached. They must be left on. I asked if it stated that on the receipt and she said yes without engaging eye to eye contact as if she did not want to assist me. No where on the receipt stated that was a part of a policy. It was very evident she did not want to assist me."
