"Just some feedback - you have people coming in/out every day that need to drop packages off at the counter without a receipt. Make more counter space for these packages instead of keeping plexiglass up on the other side of the counter. I've been coming to this post office for 6 months and I've never seen two people working both sides of the counter."

"Absolutely the worst post office. They are constantly screwing up deliveries mixing up mail and the carriers will say your mailbox was blocked if its too cold because they dont want to get out and walk to your door. I wish i could give a zero star."

"I hate writing bad reviews but I don’t know what to do anymore. It’s been 2 years we live in Saint Michael and I lost count how many times my mail/ packages were missing or delivered to the wrong location. We have never had an issue with any other post office before. When we try to call, we are on hold for 40 minutes. When we manage to speak with someone, they can’t do anything besides open a ticket… which leads to nowhere. We’re so tired and fed up with not having our packages on time. Mistakes happen, but when it is recurring, something is not right and the process needs to be revised to minimize future incidents. I beg to the management to revise the delivery process and improve the process."

"We are dealing with Identity theft where mail is believed to be involved and maybe even stolen. I went in to find options to hold until we found out further with police investigation. They did not have any compassion to work with me or identify a solution that would work. The gentleman at the counter was unfriendly and unwilling to assist. Only would do what is standard and that is not easy or quick."
