"I ordered the big New Yorker well done. Idk what they did to it. Way too much seasoning or whatever they put on it. My 4 year old daughter won’t even eat it. I don’t want to eat it either. Waste of money and time. Will not be coming back"

"My pizza arrived over 45 minutes past the delivery time. The food had clearly been in a warmer the majority of that time. It was not edible, even by my pizza loving kids. This is just one of at least a handful of times this has happened over the years, including two times where it never showed up at all. One time, they forgot to send chicken with the pizza. After calling the store, they said they would resend the chicken out. An hour later when it still wasn't here, we called again. Half an hour later, the doorbell rang. When we opened the door, the chicken was sitting on the porch and the driver was already back in his car driving away. The chicken was freezing and inedible. We keep saying we will never order for delivery again, and we need to actually stick to it. We have had a few successful delivery orders over the years, as well as carry-out success, but delivery will not happen again."

"We went there when the whole building was under construction. The signs were off a bit. We got lost because we couldn't tell whether that was pizza hut or something else. Thank God there were 2 pizza hut cars parked outside and we just used whatever door and thank God we got our food. The food was very tasteful. My daughter liked it. We had ordered chicken Alfredo pasta. And it was quick and on time. The only problem we had was location confusion and ongoing construction"

"DO NOT ORDER THE BIG NEW YORKER!! I ordered the big new yorker with extra cheese, but what i received was a very cold pizza that looks like its been sitting outside for a couple days. the outer crust was burnt, some pieces wouldnt even break apart it was so crispy. less cheese and pepperoni than a normal hand tossed large!! the manager could not find my order, i gave him my address and phone number. so, all that money i spent (plus ten dollar tip for delivery driver) down the drain"

"I've only used them for delivery, so this review doesn't touch on their store front or dining area (if they have one). 1) Slow. Everything arrives later than I would normally expect, and they're slower than their competitors in the area. At least twice, this was blamed on staffing issues. 2) Gross. Three times, a pizza was delivered that was either luke-warm or appeared to have been sitting under the heatlamps or in a warming oven. In each of those times, it tasted terrible - so bad that I threw it away. 3) Poorly made. Four times, I'd ordered boneless wings in one sauce or another only to find that they'd simply put the sauce in the container, then threw the chicken in on top of the sauce. I have a picture of one of those times. 4) Consistently bad. They used to be better than this, but this location has gone downhill over the past year. I keep giving them more chances, and it never gets better. I tell the drivers about the issues I've had with previous orders, yet nothing gets better. I've told whoever was on the other side of the phone, yet nothing gets better. I honestly don't know if they're working on the issues or not. I don't want coupons or free items - I simply want what I ordered when I order it, and I want it to taste like it should."
