"I ordered flowers & a balloon for my Mum's 85th Birthday. She said the flowers are very pretty & smell really good but she was disappointed that the mylar balloon jusr layed on the table & was not filled with helium. Had I know the balloon was just filled with air, I certainly would not have paid $6.95 for it. I called the shop to ask about this and was told that it says on their website that these are not helium balloons. I still don't find that on their website anywhere."
