"Normally I wouldn't bother to leave a review for something like this, but this interaction became even more unsettling once I realized Jill is a mental health care professional. This afternoon, I arrived for a first-time appointment at a small business housed in Jill's building - I made the honest mistake of parking in an incorrect spot. Jill came outside and instead of just letting me know I was parked incorrectly, she was unnecessarily combative and displayed an inordinately inappropriate response to the situation. Please think twice before seeking mental health care from someone who treats other humans in this manner."

"Through my job, my friends, and my family, I have worked with and known many different mental health practitioners--school psychologists, social workers, school guidance counselors, and licensed professional counselors--and it's not hard to know a good one when I meet them. I saw Dr. LeBlond for a period of about 4 years, and my experience with her was absolutely fantastic. She pushed me when I needed to be pushed, provided great insight, asked all the right questions, and listened intently. She was incredibly professional, and I always felt her #1 goal was to help me achieve what I was working toward. She routinely set small steps and "homework" for me to do in between sessions, and after having finished my work with her and looking back on those steps, it became even more apparent how skilled she is at her job. I would absolutely recommend Dr. LeBlond--with no reservations whatsoever--to anyone needing mental health help who is ready to do the hard work of achieving their goals. That said, I do think there are some people who are not really ready to begin real WORK (because that's what it is), so if that is the case with any given client, it really doesn't matter who your therapist is--you won't like them."

"I saw Jill from ages 10-15 and she was nothing but verbally/emotionally abusive to me. She never taught me actual skills but spent our sessions telling me how she would punish me if I was her child. Any time I messed up she would berate me inatead of teaching me another way to deal with my emotions. She also made multiple inappropriate comments about my legs. She also was so toxic another practitioner she worked with walked out of their partnership. I wish I had reported her back then for the abuse and the inappropriate."
