Performance and Conduct of the Third Party: In my case, Matthew Shore did not contact the collaterals he committed to reaching out to. Moreover, his prior working relationship with my spouse (spanning six years) and the handling of inappropriate photos shared with him raise serious questions about his objectivity and professionalism. 4. Impact of the Third Party's Recommendations: The recommendations provided by Matthew Shore to the court, seemingly without substantial evidence, were accepted without question. This "rubber-stamping" by the court of his opinion is concerning, especially considering his 1-star review on Google, which suggests a pattern of dissatisfaction with his services. 5. Billing, Discovery, and Communication Issues: The firm's billing and discovery tactics were disproportionate, leading to inflated legal costs. Additionally, critical communications were often timed disruptively, coinciding with my parenting time. 6.
