"Less than one star . they majorly messed up said I never to my appeal which not only ones we get it we sent it in tried explaining this multiple times to multiple different people. Finally someone understood and said that they were gonna call them directly when they have previously said they can't do that. She was to tell them it's their mistake so they would give me the updated date of the appeal. Not only did. She not do this but she told them that I was no longer interested. this set me back 2 years and now im trying to apply by myself and they think that I am crazy. Meanwhile I have developed a heart issue bleeding disorder and was in the hospital"
