Wingstop

"Ordered over an hour and 30min in advance because the wait times are horrifically long if you order in person. Got there and they couldn't find my order, they talked to each other and in my opinion, they gave my order to someone else. They then told me that it would be another 15-20min for my order. Ordered at 5:30pm and didn't receive my order well passed 7:15pm. The wings here are amazing, but they are definitely understaffed in the afternoons and lack Customer Service Skills on some of their front-end staff. I will continue to come here, sadly, because they are the closest wing stop in this area. Highly recommend going elsewhere or ordering 2 days in advance, apparently... Highly disappointed in this reoccurring issue."

"If i could give 0 stars it would be more appropriate. I swear I ordered boneless wings. Apparently not...more like boneless nuggets. This was supposed to be an order of 15 boneless wings. You'll see my chapstick in the pictures for reference. My chapstick is bigger than most of them. The wings weren't the only thing miniature... the fries were a large that didn't even take up half the tray they were put in. And those veggies were also a large...$5 for not even one full stalk of celery cut into 3 pieces and maybe half of a carrot chopped into 5 pieces. What a joke. The last time I ordered from this place, I ordered traditional wings that were so overcooked and chewy that I threw them away. I will never make the mistake of ordering from here again."

"i had to pay 50$ for disgusting wings. not only that but i was waiting 2 hours the wings were so bad and the bathroom was actually disgusting. wingstop needs to do better and clean there bathrooms and serve chicken wings that are actually worth 50$ because i couldn't even finish them from how they bad they were. Do not recommend at all Raising Canes is about 2 mins away I recommend eating there instead. Wingstop, DO BETTER. Also i had a wingstop gift card and couldn't use it."

"They are extremely slow, all the time the don't get the order correct, the young girls be on their phones. Worst wing stop ever. Every one needs to be fired and start fresh."

"Used to be able to say I loved wingstop but lately they've just been getting bad. Chicken wings are always overcooked and packaged like the workers don't care. Fries spilled in the bag along with the veggies.. Wings just tossed in not stacked correctly. We placed an order for pick up today said it'd be done by a certain time. Cool gave them a few extra minutes til we got inside. Get there order is still not done had go wait an additional 25 minutes. So we place an order for a soda and large cheese separately.....just those 2 items came to $8. But really topped it off is that we ordered a large cheese yet recieved a small container. We told the worker and argued that was the large. The cheese in the picture is what we received. That's a small!!!! We've ordered there before, it isn't!! So just for this cup of cheese and a soda they charged $8!!!! In that case I should of just walked to smiths to purchase a bigger container for that price. Not to mention the wings also went up in price $40+ for a 30 crew meal! Yet the wings didn't change, they seem smaller and always overcooked. Yea I think I'm gonna have to stop going there."
