"Whenever You order online They always call you back and tell you that they don't have something and offer you boneless wings when you didn't order or want that. I cancelled my order & they still charged my card on 2/20. The store rep told me that they will reverse the charge when I cancelled the order. Theres no one that will reverse this fraud charge so I have to contact my bank tomorrow to open up a dispute because this store & reps have men-tal challenges & cannot get anything handled. Good food trash, service"

"Deals.... Deals.... Deals.... you ready to sit back chill and not have to worry about what you eat for 2 days... Well... worry not stop into this store here grab 2 of the 16 wing 1 large side deal and you're rockin like dokken... you get 4 flavors per deal so up to 8 and 2 sides whether it be their delicious fries or a pile of veggie sticks. I recommend you get the tub of ranch to dip everything in and then lapse into a delicious food coma until the next munch session kicks in. Wing Stop. Thank you for stopping my hunger."

"I ordered a simple 10 classic wing and 4 tenders.. they told me it would be a wait.. 45 min later, I asked where my stuff was and it was just sitting on the rack.. no name called even tho they said they did. Cold food isn't cool, but didn't want to make an issue so I left. Needless to say, won't be back. This is Vegas.. up your game or get out."

"I ordered 3, 8 piece combos all Louisiana rub, unfortunately upon getting my food, my chicken had NO flavoring at all. I contacted the store and spoke to Yessica, she stated she was the store manager. She is so unprofessional and very short after i just wanted to communicate my issue regarding my order. Not too happy cause this is my go to store for wings"
