"We always go to Coyote's when we want Mexican. The food is delicious, the cocktails especially the Sangria Margarita are always great. The service is fantastic. And I love that their dips for chips include refried beans with the traditional salsa."

"We try different restaurants based on articles that are posted about them, so we tried Coyotes. The first thing I noticed was that the place was spotless, including the restroom. Very encouraging. I love Chili Rellenos, and when I read on the menu that they were dipped in egg whites, my mouth was watering. As a rule, this means that they are deep fried, sadly not so. It came flat as a pancake, covered with unappetizing, dull, and needing seasoning homemade salsa. The refried beans were the best tasting item of the dish. The Mexican rice was a minute rice and reheated. All in all, a disappointment. Lesson learned."

"Had a large team (16) same day dinner request. They have a large room in the back and were able to accommodate us. Service was really good - they took care of us. Food came out fast and fresh and was really good. The place reminds me of an old school Mexican restaurant - something we were actually looking for. Very family friendly. "Awesome Food. Great atmosphere and friendly wait staff. Table side Guacamole was so good. Vegetarian Enchiladas were so good. And the Peach Marquita was off the hook. And Hubby got them to sing Happy Birthday to me too. "
