Firehouse Subs Winterwood Pavilion

"Usually Firehouse subs always kill, but this location is gross. My sandwich had some type of dressing on top of the bread and I always order my sandwiches with no sauce. The lettuce was brown and the sandwich wasn’t good. Took one bite and was done. It will be a while before I can eat at a different location. But this one, never again."

"So disappointed... Ive never been to Fireside Subs and Ill never be back. This place doesnt even deserve 1 star but there's no way to leave a zero review. My heated Italian was horrible- the wheat bread too sweet and the meats were like shoe-leather. Even the pickle tasted off. Someone else picked up our meals so I cant comment on the service or atmosphere. Too bad since who doesn't like a fireman?"

"I am so disappointed in having to leave this review so low. I love the chain. Worked at one of the original stores in Jacksonville as a teen. Unfortunately this specific location is not to up to standard. The food was delivered on time however the steak from the steak and cheese tasted like chewy dog food. I have ordered the steak and cheese hundreds of times but for some reason this ONE time it was horrible to the point I asked for a refund. The young man behind the counter was very courteous and understanding however when it came to the Manager he was not...for a 13.99 sandwich I was charged 7.58 for the product used. That's 7.58 for a quarter of an onion, about a quarter in bell peppers. And some steak that was disgusting. Will not be coming to this place in the future and I might have, if the management would have honored my refund...two bites cost me 7.58 Two bites of dogfood."

"I never had a bad experience @ Nellis & Sahara location, all very happy helpful and most in important good with my kids. I just love the atmosphere. Jordan and his whole crew was really nice! They even accommodated our family to the best ability to this whole thing. They even laughed @ my stupid dad jokes. They where just so friendly! This is by far the best sandwich shop in town."
