"They got rid of the counter person in exchange for an iPad or something. Completely dystopian ordering experience and an obvious sign of decline. The one person standing behind the counter was there to tell me they wouldn’t take my order. That’s all. I won’t come back because I refuse to accept a lower quality of life in exchange for a cool screen. Get it together."
"We ordered a party pack that turned out to be the wrong one . Wanted the one with burritos but got tacos only. So we noticed returned the rest of the food got told no they couldn't do anything. Mind u our order including sodas was $25. The one with burritos was $12 . So they take the rest of our food give us 3 burritos. But they wouldn't give us the money difference & wouldn't give us the food that was already paid for."
