"The food is fine here but they constantly get the orders wrong. It's upsetting to get home and have an incorrect order. They are unwilling to make it right."

"If my wife hadn’t specifically wanted KFC, I probably wouldn’t have waited for the 12 minutes that it took one customer to order. The food was fine as usual, but I was unhappy that one of the four sides that I was supposed to receive with the 16-piece meal was not in the bag when I arrived home. This KFC is six miles from my home, so it was not convenient to go back. Apparently this is not the place to go on a Friday evening."

"This location has no respect for their customers time. I came to this location at 10:50pm as they close at 11:00pm, for a simple order of jalapeños and they closed over 10 minutes early. I could hear the employee on the intercom speaker, therefore I knew they could hear me. I wasted my gas on this unprofessional customer service. Unacceptable business practices. Hire employees who respect and represent your brand. I work in customer service and I am just highly disappointed."

"It's over priced. I asked for two large mc cheeses and they gave baby sized ones I got a bucket of chicken I asked what was on sale and she didn't tell me but the bucket was 39. For 20-piece chicken. That wasn't a family meal I had order two large mashed potatoes two large mc cheese which I didn't get. I order rolls. I asked how much the large cake gave me small I said no the large he charged other 6 dollars. I sent with taxes 78 dollars I should have just got 16 prices which was 45. Never going back there again wasn't worth it. All money is gone."
