"Taco Bell sucks as far as I am concerned I will never order from any TB I placed an order online online to go here to find a notice on the door we are closed 2 to 3 PM go through the drive thru and jump behind 20 cars so I decided to go next door to auto zone to pick up some stuff to kill 30 minutes I go back it's past 3 PM they say we are closed go in the drive thru I go give them the order number the system never caught it so they asked if they can re do the order I just gave up I called Corp the old lady was like why are you so mean I was like I am hangry hung up on me so definitely never again"

"Bought the party pack to take to lunch for friends. The shells were so old and stale. Terrible. This is the 3rd time at this location. It is close by but it is terrible. We just have stop going to this location. I need to bring back their terrible food."

"Went through the drive through, was told to wait in front. Waited in front for 10min, nobody brought out my food. Went inside, waited another 5min for help, stated the issue of waiting for my order, and waited another 10min. Finally the guy who took my order talked to me, and went to try and have the food made for me. It was only 3 people working and there was a lot of customers, so it's hard to fault them fully. But the only girl working was flipping out, saying she was going to walk out. A manager came in to work her shift and was immediately hounded by this girl to get to work otherwise she'd leave. I still didn't have my food at this point, but it was another 5min till I got my food which was put together terribly. It was due to the girl, my tacos weren't even folded right as all my insides were falling out. Didn't even properly put the right ingredients on. The guy who helped me get my food maintained his calmness the entire time and managed through the fire. She, she couldn't even manage making a taco! She should be fired."
