"Gladace, a manager, was very rude and disrespectful. Im a dasher and had a doordash order that she refused to give me. I showed her the code after being in line for 20 min. She said i would have to go back in line if i want my order because she has to keep her drive thru moving, which was wrapped around the building. Very unprofessional anf terrible customer service. Dont recommend this place at all. Will not be coming back."

"I had a piece of red hair embedded into my hash brown I took it back to get a refund the manager didn’t apologize or even acknowledge what happened she just took the receipt and refunded me I definitely don’t recommend eating here no one had on hairnets in the kitchen….the manager looks like she was off drugs that’s probably why she didn’t care"

"They are pretty fast at this location, even when busy! Their food tastes good, and their app really saves u money, and builds up points that can be redeemed for free food! There are almost always homeless people around the drive thru, but just tell the cashier and they will get them outa there!"

"I never write reviews. However this location is the worst from 12-5am and never use the app during these times. You order on the app no problem bit when you arrive the drive through will be closed and you call them they say you can't get a refund you have to contact the mobile app or I have been told oh it will automatically be charge back to you card bit never is. I am out $29.00 in November so far from orders I placed and get there to find a 24 hour location closed. I work at night at a casino and come by alot at night. I been in.management 22 years. I would think the GM would see sales low at night and come to their restaurant to see what's going on. So if you hungry at night go to Jack in the Box at the next red light. They always open and busy as there is no where else to get fast food at 3am in this area. Again I never write reviews and never complain and don't care about the money. I care about my community getting scammed out of their money because of bad management and lazy employees that close the drive through."
