Blanca is such a great person with an impeccable personality, and she ALWAYS ensures that the food is fresh and accurate. She keeps the drive moving with little to no wait time. "Average burger with average toppings. Service was a little slow as it was made to order. The sandwich reminded me of a Burger King whopper. I like the bun on a burger king whopper better. I do like the charbroil taste. I like the French fries wat better than burger king!"

"I've always had a soft spot for Carl's Jr., and their recent free WBC day campaign was marketing genius. For an international franchised fast food burger restaurant, this one tops the list, hands down. This particular one had a great staff that were all courteous and friendly and helpful. The manager helped us out with a problem we had with the Carl's app on my wife's phone. Honestly, they just went above and beyond to help the customers. Another customer (after us in line) was a regular, and as soon as he walked in, someone asked if it was his regular order and he said it was and they just got to work on it. For a fast food restaurant to treat their regulars like that is also just really great. The only reason I marked them down at all is that the restroom cleanliness could have been a little better."

"What can I say really? It is what it is.... However, for fast food it does it's job especially well and surprisingly fresh. This locale , despite it's locale was extremely well maintained and I honestly didn't feel as if I were eating in the hood. Still a little high $ for fast food but Mc D's isn't a value much anymore either... . Pay a little extra and sit down and enjoy it! I don't foresee gunfire."

"Horrible experience all around still waiting for corporate to give me a call. They gave me undercooked chicken strip, hard bun on the western burger old hard fries. Worst customer service they should be shutdown. Grade F for health department. If someone gets sick........"
