"Arby's had seen better days. The food is not what it used to be. The employees seemed bored, and the tables were sticky and trash partly on them."

"I have to say, my experience at Arby's was less than impressive. The dining room at the location near us is never open, so we decided to give this location a try. The staff was friendly, but it was clear they didn't know the menu very well. Despite the somewhat busy atmosphere, our food took what felt like an eternity to arrive. To make matters worse, our order was wrong not once, but twice. First, they forgot the curly fries, and when we went back, they gave my son the wrong sandwich. However, I will say that the food itself was actually quite good. The roast beef with cheese was just as delicious as I remembered from my childhood, and my son absolutely devoured his chicken sandwich. The big game burger was also massive and satisfying. Overall, it seems like this location has potential if the staff were better trained in customer service and familiarized with the menu. The kitchen staff, on the other hand, seemed to be doing a great job with the food preparation. Hopefully, with some improvements in service, this Arby's could be a great spot to grab a meal."

"I have been a happy customer of Arby's since I was a kid. However, when I entered this location at 3:05pm on October 16th, 2023, I wasn't met with the usual friendly service. In fact, I didn't see anyone, not one employee or customer. As I stood there by myself for a few minutes, I thought that maybe something was wrong. An employee finally came out from the back of the restaurant and seemed surprised to see me standing there. She looked like she just woke up, with messy hair. She briefly looked around, didn't say a single word, and returned to the back of the restaurant. This is when I decided that they didn't deserve my business and walked out and went somewhere else to eat. I won't be visiting this location again."

"Very good Arby's! The staff were very helpful and super nice. The french dip i got was a little bit too salty however this was the first time it was like that. I would still go back though."
