"Ordered thru Uber Eats and the order was terrible. Ordered 2 classic shrimp and 2 shrimp and bacon, burritos were 90% RICE, barely any protein and flavorless. Nowhere near as pictured. Was trying them out for the first time. Waste of money and definitely will not order again."

"First I want to say I've been going to this place since it opened. The food used to be a lot better. Two of my kids worked here, so I've eaten here a lot. I recently ordered 3 fish tacos and shrimp burrito and was given the mahi tacos . Normally, I wouldn't complain, but my wife ordered the mahi tacos and hated them. I sent them back and got the original fish taco. The shrimp burrito wasn't great at all. The tacos were pretty good. What I didn't like was the restaurant was run down, the bathroom was nasty, and the fish tank there was removed. The manager was very nice, the staff not know so much. When my wife had returned one of her tacos she got it back it looked like someone spit in it (not confirmed just a guess) my wife refused to eat it threw it in the garage and we left. I sort of expected food the way it was back in the day. I've been to several rubios, including the original, and I probably won't be going back."

"The guy that took our order was very helpful and pleasant. He actually had a sense of humor. It definitely made me want to come back."

"I’d give it another try but for my first experience, not satisfied. Had the chicken quesadilla and nachos. Chicken was dry on both items. Quesadilla didn’t have enough chicken plus it wasn’t evenly distributed. Maybe a few pieces of meat only in 2 of the slices, the other slices were nothing but cheese. The nachos didn’t have enough cheese . The person who assisted was great though."

"I went to Rubio's on Taco Tuesday and got the Tuesday special.I got two chicken tacos and two fish tacos all for $8 plus tax of course.They were fresh and delicious.I really love the fresh ingredients and the good service.I will be back soon for different items off of the menu."
