"Love their pizza and food, but they definitely need to get better delivery drivers, this is what showed up tonight. Thought they made a mistake and sent me a pizza with one half toppings the other half without, but turns out their delivery driver must have tilted the entire order on its side and all the stuff slid off, total bummer."

"I am a customer of years and today has been the worst service I ever received i order from there like 2 a month even like 6 times a month and never have i ever received my food i order the chicken wing the second one was blood in it it was still under cook i called they offer to give me a new order of wing 1 i had to pay for some to go pick them up cause i was working mind you the lady never said to take them so I threw them away when the guy that went to pick them up said they refuse to give them new chicken wing cause he did not have them with them so you lost a customer over $ 13.99 when this year alone i have spent $ 900.00 in your restaurant i called back to let them know that now i lost what I paid for the person to pick them up but now I was left with out eating lunch and being a diabetic not good i called her back to see if they can deliver if i place another order and she hangs up on me I called again and was left on hold for 45 minutes. wow i am not happy cause this is one of my favorite place for lunch time to look for a new one :( Worst my lunch expense was will over 50.00 and was not even able to eat."

"Normally when I buy food from Palm Pizza it is generally very good but today I received a strange pizza. There is a piece missing from it and I truly do not understand how this could happen in the first place. Usually I am excited but today the pizza provided was a disappointment."
