"I have made several attempts to order from the drive thru and the screen to place the order on at the drive thru is NEVER working. The button your supposed to use for help is useless also. I was successful to actually order one out of ten trys, and the food was good. They claim to be open 24/7 but when no one answers the phone or drive thru I don't know how they can continue to keep their doors open!!"

"I went to the subway in nellis and lake mead through the drive through on 1/18/2024 at 6:30pm. I was the only one in line and there was only one customer inside. There were three employees and my 2 sandwiches took 25 minutes to be made. Once they actually made them they forgot my drinks and chips and cookies. I wasted a whole line of gas waiting in the drive through and my sandwiches got cold because I had to go back to get my other stuff. They also still messed up my order and had almost no meat in both sandwiches and the wrong veggies. They have lasted this long on SEVERAL other occasions. Will not be going to this one, if you need a place to go I recommend the one on Hollywood and lake mead. Great service and they get it done quickly and correctly."

"I made an order through Door Dash at this Subway location. I ordered a Steak & Cheese footlong, and a Turkey footlong sandwich. My main complaint about the sandwiches is there were more veggies than meat. The turkey they put on the sandwich is very thin and the amount was very skimpy. I might has well had ordered a vegetarian sandwich. I guarantee it would be made perfect, because it would be nothing but vegetables, which stood out in the sandwiches I ordered. Same thing with the Steak and Cheese. The same way you would make the sandwiches when a customer shows up in person, because the customer will make sure you are not going to gyp them out of how there sandwich is made. The same integrity should be there when it's ordered for delivery. To the employees who work the night shift. You should put a lot of passion in treating your customers the way you would want to be treated when it comes to serving or making there food. By the customers spending there money to eat at this establishment is exactly what keeping you working there. And that should be a good reason for honest service."

"The worst Subway I ever went to. My order was supposed to be ready from a mobile app and the employee disappeared for 30 minutes. Music was blasting loud in there then my food wasn't ready. It took him 10 minutes to make it. I was late for work. 0 stars"
