"This location isn't as great as their sister restaurant on Pecos, #5. Placed an online order. Came in, no one had been checking their online orders. (Not one customer in the establishment, so it's not like they were busy.) Was not aware of my order. Had to wait. It was pouring rain, just wanted to get home. Food was okay, definitely not the same. Didn't add chips and lettuce to my meal where as location #5 does. Will not be back to this location witch sucks, it's closer to home. Will DEFINITELY visit location #5 again. Food AND customer service is amazing there, witch led me to try this location. Total bummer, was hoping it was going to be as amazing as location #5."
