Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

"Horrible. The girl was nice taking my order. I then go to fill my drink, drink didn’t taste right so I told manger they just said “okay” and went about their day. Didn’t get to drink my drink cos I waited for him to fix the problem and didn’t. I then seen a girl sitting on the floor behind the register with her back up against the wall as manger just walked passed her. Then I went to get ketchup for my son. The ketchup was leaking and there were gnats everywhere so I didn’t get him ketchup. Got my food manager had no customer service whatsoever and when I got my burger mustard was just oozing out of it. I like mustard but that was ridiculous. Not coming back here at all."

"One of the better chain burger joints in town just for the quality and taste of the food the serve. I like to add tomato, lettuce and jalapenos to my Bacon Cheeseburger option, and that seems to be the best burger I have found on the menu so far. The seasoning and the sauces are excellent as well. Even my toddler son likes it here and eats the chicken strips and fries."

"It’s just ok. The shoe string fries were good. I really like the thick slice of pickles, but this is not the best burger I’ve had. The booths were not clean. I realized a lot of patrons were purchasing custards more than meal combos. Their sundae offerings looked yummy, but just too over the top for me. They do have a following because the drive thru line was backed up."

"You know what makes awesome food even better, the service. Nathaniel, Daniel and Isaiah are class acts with a lot of love in their hearts. I came in 20 minutes before they close they wanted me to eat and dine in didn't make me feel rushed and they made the food with love. Almost all places we'll just throw it together and give you old food this stuff was fresh and spot on !!!"

"Food is always good. We love skinny fries. One of my husband’s favorite burgers. Overall I had a good experience at this location. The dining room was extremely clean and inviting, and my order was taken quickly and executed perfectly. The staff were all friendly."
