Jack in the Box

"Rotten food, rotten service, 3.4 rating says it all. I go during graveyard shift, once or twice a week since they opened. It takes 25 to 30 minutes to get a sausage lovers burrito, and two tacos. There's one cashier who takes my money and disappear's until my order's ready and then without a word, they shove the bag in my hand with no napkins or sauces and shut the window."

"The employees including the manager are aggressive and not helpful at all. They have no customer service at all, the drink fountain is turn off and in 20 minutes saw them treating badly two customers. Stay away from this place."

"The food was decent, and fresh. However, the restaurant staff? They don't listen, and I don't understand the 20 minute wait, when it wasn't that busy and orders weren't ridiculously hard. I watched 3 people before me get their orders and they were wrong, and mine was wrong as well. When my burger finally got remade, the line cook threw a fit about it, and on top of that, it was still cold. They don't work very well as a whole, and I think the mangers should be ashamed. I also noticed very loud mexican music coming from the back as well as nobody attentive to the counter. Don't think it's worth coming back for me."

"Quick, attentive and respectful. We went throught the drive through with a bit order, she patiently took the order and didn't even give back any attitude. Rolled up to the window and we were out in 5 min. Great service"

"Terrible service, I had read bad comments about this place, but they just opened the Jack in the box restaurant, for me it was excellent, now I regret what I said before, terrible service when you order your food, the quantities are ridiculous, they serve a few pieces They don't even resemble the photos that are published by them, I went to tell them that what I ordered was horrible, everything was thrown in the box without the slightest care. The owner should pay more attention to his workers because of how bad they serve. This restaurant has everything to be great but its staff does not work well."
