"I was surprised how delicious the food here was. Hotel restaurants don't always have the best food, but this was great. I especially recommend the garlic bread with cheese. That was soooo good. The staff was also super friendly. The two ladies there this past week were always smiling and very helpful. If I had to nitpick, I would just say that I wish the restaurant was open a little bit later."
"Decent Pizza place that is conveniently located. Dont trust the bad reviews. Of course its not a 5-star place, but they are decent in all aspects. Pizza comes out pretty quick, and it's tasty. I had it two nights a row, but i wasn't feeling overwhelmed. If i come out here again, i will definitely visit again. I ordered to go on both instances and customer service was not bad, they explained to me which pizza was the most popular option. I tried the pepperoni and combo pizza and they were both really great. I wish i could share some pictures but i forgot to take them.... next time i will make sure to post some pics on food because picture is everything for food review."
"3.3 stars. Late night hunger attack equals pizza run. Pizza was good though pricing stiff. Two two-topping NY slices cost $16.50 before tax and tip. The female employee who helped me was bubbly and super friendly. Pricing is reflective of location and convenience too for hotel patrons."
"On a whirlwind tour of NYC pizza slices in Vegas, I've now had the opportunity to try them at three different spots. Pizza Forte was the third and although it was pretty good, and legitimately a NYC slice with the requisite super thin and crispy crust, I'd have to put it as number 3, (but again still pretty good.!) I found the place because it happened to be in the Virgin Hotel where I was staying and I thought, why not wander the casino and see if they have NYC slices. (It seems most resort casinos have everything so it was a go...umm...bet.) Sure enough Pizza Forte popped up just off the casino. It was pretty dead upon my late-night stumbling in. There were a handful of slices under the display case ready to be heated up. I had a cheese because that's the litmus test for pizza at a new place. It did the job. Perfectly crispy just like back in the old neighborhood. (I mean someone's old neighborhood, I'm sure.) Maybe the cheese-to-sauce ratio was not quite what I wanted. (I like a little more sauce and a little less cheese.) But I devoured the whole thing. I think there's probably an emotional component to pizza in any particular genre. Once you find your favorite slice...it will always be your favorite slice...And no matter how good another spot's slices are, if they aren't quite the same, it doesn't mean there's anything wrong with it, it's just not the pizza slice that resonates as strongly with you. This was the case for me here. Oh, but I'd eat it again."
"This is a nice little spot located inside of the Virgin Hotels Resort on the Las Vegas Strip. It was pretty easy to find once inside of the hotel. On our visit, the line was short and moved pretty fast. The staff wasn’t very warm, but they did say hello once we made it to the register. They have precooked calzones and a variety of pizza when you enter the line, I believe they reheat them upon order. NY slice will cost you $3.75 each, and $4.25 for a roman slice. You can also order a 10” personal pizza from $10.00-$11.95, or an 18” from $24.00-$26.00. Depending on what you order, additional toppings will cost you from $0.25 to $2.50 per topping. If pizza isn’t on your mind, they do offer a variety of Italian Street Foods and salads, such as meatball subs, Polpette, Piadina’s, Caesar and Mediterranean salads and more. They also offer Italian sausage with peppers and onions, and hotdogs. If you want something sweet, the have gelato, cannoli’s and more. On this visit, I chose to order the Eggplant Caprese Piadina with the vegan mozzarella, and my cousin ordered the Polpette. After paying for our orders, we received our food within 5 minutes, it was very quick. We decided to take our food outside and sit in the resort’s courtyard. As I opened my to-go box, I was shocked at how huge my Piadina was. It was really more than I expected. For $12.95, I really felt I got every penny of my money’s worth. It was stuffed with grilled eggplant, mixed greens, tomato, mozzarella, pesto, and balsamic. The combination of ingredients truly tasted like a party in my mouth. It was so delicious. I truly could’ve saved ½ of my Piadina for another meal, that’s how filling it was. My cousin finished her Polpette (3 meatballs), and said they were great. We both had a great meal, and I will definitely come back here again and order the same thing. That Eggplant Caprese Piadina, Rocks!!! Highly recommend Pizza Forte for a snack, or a tasty meal."
