"This is the second consecutive time I've ordered delivery from this location and didn't receive my drink. I went through the Jack in the Box app to try to remedy the situation but got an auto reply saying that someone will get in touch with me. No one got back to me last time and so far I'm being ignored again. I even tried calling but was immediately sent to a voicemail that I'm sure never gets checked."
"So, the girl at the register was very nice but the woman with the phone in her hand was so very rude to me, as if I inconvenienced her by driving into the drive-thru and asking to order food for a blind person ..as we can see her phone as way more important than her customers' service... I really believe it was because of my Race but when the man asked for something she looked and acknowledged him.. me not so much please someone let her know about her paradigm all black people are not bad people"
"i ordered late at night, with fairly low expectations, and was absolutely blown away. my food was fantastic, on time, and there was a slice of cheesecake extra for me :-) i havent had a food experience this good, and im surprised its from a fast food place. "Went and 1st no gloves or anything a girl was cleaning Banda on clothing and then adding the drys to the container theeen I order a doble jumbo Jack I saw had lettuce and stuff well nope was just meat I called they never answer to see if Can take order or what"
"Newly renovated location, but the staff quality is the same. They have one restroom for EVERYONE to use. Let's just say that the restroom is not of importance to the staff. The urine smell plays with your nostrils as soon as you open the door. Floors filthy with dried urine around the toilet, littered with used toilet paper; I understand because the trash can is full. No toilet seat covers. No hot water to wash your hands, let alone no paper towels. The thought is if this is the only facility to use the restroom, what or how are the workers preparing the food washing their hands?"
