"Matiki Island BBQ on Tropicana in Las Vegas is a great place to enjoy the viral beef ribs! We also tried the short ribs, both plates came with sides, white rice and potato Mac salad. The beef ribs were the highlight of our meal - they were huge, tender, and delicious. The potato Mac salad was a nice contrast to the meaty ribs - it was light and refreshing. The portions were very generous and the prices were fair for a Hawaiian restaurant. The service was quick and friendly. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Matiki Island BBQ for anyone who loves beef ribs. You will be amazed!"

Cons - We waited 25 minutes for our food, and the fountain machine was out of order. It's expensive to keep buying drinks when you ordered alot of food."
