"During my December visit to Las Vegas, I ventured into "Panchos Vegan Restaurant & Cantina" for a taste test. The burrito, albeit satisfactory, bore a resemblance to its frozen counterparts. California boasts superior vegan Mexican fare. Nevertheless, I'm open to revisiting. The vegan queso fresco, a delightful addition to the carne asada burrito, piqued my interest. Quick service and a charming dining ambiance enhanced the experience. A culinary exploration beckons for another rendezvous."
"We’ve been to Pancho’s twice now. Both times the food was excellent. Try their Taco Tuesday all you can eat menu. Their soft tacos, green enchiladas, potato tacos, and nachos are all excellent. Al pastor and mushrooms are our favorite protein options. Our server was very kind and attentive. A great selection of authentic vegan Mexican food. Will definitely be back."
"The food is always excellent. I love the service staff as well. But let just focus a little on what an experience this is. They moved into what I believe is the old Liberace museum and kept the Liberace. This is just so cool to be able to sit and eat amazing vegan Mexican food in a very unsuspected setting. The different rooms with the beautiful brick room up from back to the mirrored glam piano room. What a treat. Prices of the food are very fair too. Sometimes vegan food can be pricey! But they keep it affordable so everyone can come in and enjoy."
"This was my first time visiting but this restaurant is very cute. I believe the theme is centered around the 50 or 60s. I think this would be a cute date night to give you an excuse to dress up if you’d like. They have lights in the ceiling and a calming fountain in the room with soft music playing in the background. The tacos were great and big for the price. I had the Grand & Full Size Taco. With tip and food I spent about $30. I the staff was nice as well. I would come here again."
