"sauces are not automatically given for to go or pick up orders and your Uber driver is expected to make them for you. every other Mexican place has to go sauces ready for the drivers and when I got to the customer and dropped off the food they told me that there is no way to order a sauces when they order through an apple or however they ordered. do you need to give sausage automatically or have a way for customers to be able to order sauces through the Uber app. again the customer told me that they had no way to add any sauces so that needs to be fixed if you're not going to automatically give sauces with Mexican food."

"I’ve been waiting to try this place for a while we are pretty much loyal to Roberto’s. We decided to finally try this place due to the special .99 chicken tacos on Wednesday. I hate that I don’t like the tacos there green sauce was really good!! I understand places are all trying to make some money but the chicken tacos had very little chicken and then one of the tacos was fried so hard the chicken was like chicharons!! The lady was nice and maybe it’s because this one is so close to UNLV. I don’t know maybe I should try something else just wish I knew of the tacos are always like this or if it’s because of the special. I also like the hot carrots too because they shave them super thin and they hold more flavor!"

"This Rivas Mexican Food # 6 at UNLV the customer services is the very unprofessional, The staff doesn't have the ability to make the food fast because they dont have the right staff work. The casher is touching food without washing her hand like health department requires to do.. I was waiting for 39 mins for a chicken fries and chicken burrito. The cashier said they are low kitchen staff. The grade that I give this place is F- for customer services, F- For not following the health codes. I really think the health depth need to come to trips no tags date and staff no hair nets or pony tails the food undercooked there is no management on site. THE LOST A CUSTOMER AND I DO NOT RECOGNIZE THIS PLACE AS RESTAURANT.... VERY BAD SERVICES, FOOD, VERY NEGATIVE STAFF, MAIN GRADE IS: FAIL CUSTOMER, FAIL FOOD PREPARATION, FAIL STAFF HEALTH CODES."

"The chicken burritos were good but the rolled beef tacos were awful. The meat was dry and tough and the tacos themselves were chewy and stale. Even my dogs wouldn’t eat them"
