"12:30 on a wed. almost felt like we were first customers. to me the busier a sub shop is the fresher the food. My daughter was happy with her vegetarian sub. for me in my life I have never not finished a sub. I got the number 1 with extra oil and vinegar and extra mayo and must, and it was still driest sub I have ever had. tried to juice it up at home but still did not eat even half. seems like bread, lettuce, tomato all day old and like the meat that was sliced in front of me also sat around for a day before slicimg. Just not good and now my stomach is not happy. Should have trusted my instincts when I saw how dead it was. Even felt dark in there. A good sub shop should be busy at lunch or beware. I like port of subs but driving farther to a different one next time."

Flavor 10/10, consistency 10/10, portions 8/10, and customer service 10/10! Would recommend to anyone looking for a sandwich and to a have fantastic customer service experience! "Had a pleasant and unpleasant experience.. I came in around 8:30pm an hour before closing. I asked if they're still open due to past experiences of them running out of bread and would close early. When I asked if they were still open brian in a very rude tone said NO. I hesitated & saw the face of the other associate & shook his head and said yes they're still open. Brian looked mad and stormed off to the back. I felt so awkward & felt their tension. I did speak with another customer outside before coming in and she told me about her experience & how brian used foul language with her and was absolutely rude to her for no reason at all. I am absolutely appalled with the behavior during my interaction. I can't remember the other associates name, I think it was Jeffrey or Jeremy. But he was an absolute delight and very professional. You can clearly see he was upset. But he did his best to provide the best customer service he could. I applause him for keeping his composure."

"Clean and friendly. The aroma of fresh baked brownies is in the air. My sandwich was made very lovingly and not thrown together. Their toppings are in a nice freezer type cooler so you know everything is up to code."
