"cute spot (on the small side if you care) with a straightforward menu. I enjoyed the spicy beef noodles and added toppings like bean sprout and seaweed. Honestly wasn’t blown away by anything in particular, everything was good including the service. Just not reaaaally my jam but it’s perfect for a casual first date or meeting of someone. I would dine again but it’s not a must."
"The spicy beef noodles soup is very good. The broth is very flavorful and not just soy sauce flavored. It's not too spicy and just slightly salty. The knife-shaved noodles are super chewy -- I highly recommend trying them. The meat is tender, though it does have a lot of that membrane over the muscle that is tough to chew. The portion of meat could be higher and the portion of the noodle is a lot. Overall, it's good taste and portion for $15. I also got the beef pancake as leftover. It's very different than the traditional beef rolls. It was more like a pan fried beef bun. It was okay, but it was a small portion for the price. My wife got the tomato egg noodle with the thin noodles. She said the noodles were good, but the tomato and egg was meh and nothing special. The waitress and the manager were incredibly friendly and helpful. The food comes out pretty fast. The place is tiny so it can fill up really quickly. There are tons of easy and free parking. Overall, I would come here for the noodle soups again."
"Small, cute place with great service and even better food. Our waitress, Anastasia, was super nice and had really great suggestions for the menu! The cucumber salad was refreshing, and the Shang beef noodles with knife shaved noodles were some of the best noodles I’ve had in Vegas. The beef was tender and the broth delicious! The place is a bit small, so plan ahead if you are coming with more than 3-4 people. Definitely coming back!"
"If you are reading this to decide whether or not to go - GO!! My recent dining experience at Shang Mian restaurant was so delightful. The beef soup, boasting a tantalizing level of spiciness, was exceptionally flavorful and immensely satisfying. The cucumber salad gave the meal a nice balance. The Mexican coke was delicious too! The service was top-notch - swift, attentive, and accommodating, the food arrived promptly and with quality. The restaurant's cleanliness and tasteful decor added to the overall pleasant ambiance. A definite recommendation for anyone craving deliciously spicy beef soup in a welcoming setting with impeccable service."
"Great spot for a nice hot and spicy noodle bowl , really great flavor and the size cant be beat. The cucumber appetizer was tasty and fresh and of course my favorite is the spicy wontons. Really good flavor and great spice. We went in the late afternoon and it wasn't crowded, but there is a ton of seating so that may be an issue at a busier time. Over all the service was good, the place is clean and the food is good so give them a try."
