"No one wears gloves in the kitchen which is a safety hazard. Do not recommend 1/5 poor customer service. And no one knows what they are touching besides the food. And who knows if they wash their hands, touching on the food. And they also told me “the owner said your not allowed back in here” because I told them “can you please wear gloves when touching my food, or I would like my refund” and there was slick things being said it was a Caucasian man with lipstick. Skinny built.not okay and I never had a problem with wingstop ever and I lived in Las Vegas for 20 years.‼️ I do not recommend."

"I want to say stopping at this Wing Stop brought me back to the late 90's/2000's when customer service used to matter. The cashier is on top of her game. The food was fine. Again, I will be back to this location just because of the service."

"So far, not really impressed. Ordered 3 combos, lost a star because they bagged two combos together so the other person had to pick from one persons plate to get their food out. 3 combos signify 3 people, if not we would’ve ordered a group pack. Another star lost because they forgot my ranch, even though they read the order out to me with the 2 ranches and 1 other sauce. So, missing ranch. Then, I drive back to get the ranch and I let them know they forgot my ranch. The employee at the counter checks my order, confirms they’re 2 ranches, grabs them for me and tells me to have a nice day. As a customer, I would have really appreciated an apology for the missing item. I don’t want anything else, a simple sorry would have sufficed and I would have said no worries and been on my way. If you make a mistake, own it and apologize for it."

"No gloves are being worn in the kitchen, a man with makeup argued with me about wearing gloves touching my food, which is part of food safety. I’ve got food poisoning before and all I asked was for them to wear gloves. Not acceptable I’ve got my refund."
