"I came in on Tuesday, was immediately greeted by the manager Bryanna, she was very sweet and friendly. Ensured everyone at my table was happy with service & our orders. Other staff were very attentive to me and the surrounding tables. Providing a very friendly environment. I frequent IHOP, and this is my absolute favorite location."

"Tried to call and order ahead of arrival for takeout, but no one answered the phone at this location at 7 pm at night. Drove over and ordered in person for takeout. Tomato basil soup, and 2 eggs cooked medium. They were ready within 10 minutes of ordering, so it didn't take long to get the food. Everything was cooked well, and the soup was very flavorful. The only downside is that they put my cheese crisp in the soup itself, instead of putting it on a bag. The cheese just became a big glob in my soup, instead being able to bite a crisp cheese type snack with the soup. I'm not sure why they did this, somewhat poor decision on their part. Other than that, I would revisit this location again, I would just tell them not to put the cheese crisp in the soup next time."

"This location is a gem. I was very surprised to find the new menu options like "poblano eggs Benedict" "bacon, eggs biscuit" the "Strawberry banana French toast" everything was Delicious! It took longer than expected for our orders to arrive at the table, which was a bit disappointing, especially when we were hungry and eager to dig into the tasty offerings. Despite the slight delay, IHOP's scrumptious breakfast options and pleasant ambiance, along with the attentive staff, made our visit enjoyable. If they can work on improving the speed of service, it would be a perfect breakfast spot."
