Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

"This is going to sound made up, because it's so insane! I gave this store one more chance, because my husband was craving Popeyes. I ordered and this employee and manager were both trying to justify charging me 27 dollars for an 8 piece nugget meal! 44 dollars for 2 single person meals and arguing the price on the menu. The last time I was there they were trying to physically attack a customer, so I'm just done with Popeyes. Ghetto nonsense, when people are just trying to grab a quick meal. No one needs that stress. DO BETTER."

"Came here about a month ago. Ordered.... waited 25 minutes to be told that they didn't have any wings, that we ordered with our Chx sándwich. It took another 15min to get our sándwich. today, we ordered enroute on the app do the ordered would be ready on arrival. Upon arrival we told the attendant we we had an ofer for pickup. Several orders were on the counter waiting to be picked up. She checked the screen but not the finished orders. After waiting another 10 minutes, my wife asked if our order was already on the counter.... of course it was.... It had been there since before we arrived. Great food, but service is extremely poor. They are solely lacking competent personnel."

"This location forgets items in your order more times than they get it right. My wife and I have been here numerous times and the orders are almost always messed up or missing something. I have reached out to Popeye's about these issues via their website and not once have they responded with even a simple apology. I would not go to this location if you want to get what you paid for."

"After a long drive thru wait, I was given burnt chicken, both sides were short, and I asked for no thighs (3 times) and thighs were in my order. Popeyes is normally the "high end" fast food chicken that gets your order right and does not give out visibly burnt food."
