"Walk in to pick up my pizza see my name on the board it says ready someone from the back says wait just a minute minutes past we're coming she comes about 8 or 9 minutes with dough flour sauce on her hands aprons everywhere"

"Placed my order and the estimated delivery was 4:15 PM. Within 10 minutes I received a text message from Door dash ( I gues they don’t hire their own drivers anymore) that my order has been canceled. I called the store to check on the status of my order which ended with me being on hold for 15 minutes. By the time someone picked up again they didn’t even remember what I was calling for and was completely uninterested in trying to fix the issue. Just stated that it shows canceled on their end and that a refund would be issued. Terrible customer service. I don’t recommend."

"We never received our order for over $50 worth of food. Pizza Hut sent a text saying that it was delivered for which it was not. We sat outside and waited for it. I called the restaurant and the gentleman who answered said to look again it says delivered which I assured him it was not. I called back and he told me he was looking into it and put me on hold for over 15 min. I assumed he forgot so I hung up and called back only to sit on hold endlessly. I feel robbed!"
