Pho Saigon 8

"Just came over to Pho Saigon from South Point Hotel Casino after a convention. The staff were amazing despite our group being 25 people strong. The ambiance is simple but comfortable. I ordered the Ribeye Pho bowl which was rich in flavor. My first experience with Vietnamese food and I can't wait to have more."

"Came on Thanksgiving day. The food is very subpar for the higher prices they charge here. The Chow mein ingredients were bad. Over cooked shrimp, tough chicken, and the noodles were the dried kind like you find in those ramen packets for 25 cents. The flavor was off too. No taste. The vermicelli rice with grilled pork was decent. The fish sauce good. The service is fast and friendly. I'm not coming back here to eat."

"We ordered food to-go and it was delicious even at home! Look at that photo I posted *chefs kiss* The soup is hot so be cautious and allow your noodles and meat to soak in the flavors! We ordered ahead and still had to wait a few minutes, but it was understandable because they were very busy at 8:30pm on a Friday night."

"During my visit, I experience good customer service; employees are kind and an employee helps me find a good Vegan option! I order the Pho Rau Noodles with Vegetable Broth (ensure to ask for the Vegan meal so the establishment uses Vegan broth!); each of the ingredients taste good alone though I find the true flavors of the meal in the mixing of the ingredients with the broth. The meal tastes good cooler than warm and more than a half a day later. The establishment has a Hot Pot side which is quite different than the non-Hot Pot side (menu, price, and style wise). The establishment takes different forms of payment."
