"Horrible service I asked for my mobile pick up order and was ignored a few times and I waited for over 20 minutes for a cheese burger fries and chicken nuggets. I was on a lunch break so I couldn’t wait any longer and had to leave without any food. I had to call repeatedly for them to even pick up the phone and they said they can’t refund me unless I’m in the store."
"This place is getting worse and worse . The oil they use for the fries and chicken nuggets is really rancid, stale and old, fries are super salty chicken nuggets are old and they taste really bad."
"Order wasn't right, and service wasn't great. Guy walked in and asked if there was a outlet he could use to charge his phone, lady at the register was fairly rude to him! Well, I guess customer satisfaction doesn't apply anymore. Plus, the parking lot, and the access of getting out. Yuk!"
