Little Italy Pizza

"Zero customer service... I'll post a picture... The salad was tasty and beautiful, The place was clean but zero customer service and the guy didn't even offer me a water (as shown in photo) or try to up-sell a drink. Gave me my salad disappeared never even checked on me.. I was the only customer there. We don't need restaurants doing this to tourists. The food and the environment has potential, But we don't need one more place driving away the life blood of our city which is our tourists. Sadly, I tipped the guy at the redisturb. And you'll see the photo with no drink... Even after I finished my salad."

"For Sunday evening around 8pm to Dine in it was empty. Soon after we got there a big crowd came in. Excellent service by the man at the counter. We order a 20' pizza and meatball lasagna. The pizza was half pepperoni and half hawaiian style which it was good. Meatball lasagna was good especially the meatballs that had a good flavor. The wait for the order was about 10-15 mins. The bathroom was a little messy."

"The place was mostly empty when we came in. For a mini mall, they have a rather large dine-in area that is about two average stores wide; plenty of seating. Only one TV on the wall, and it was showing football previews, even though our Raiders were playing live at the time! We were given flimsy single layer paper plates to dine in. The pizza pan was served directly on the table, with no riser, taking up the most of the space on the table. No drinking fountain available, just cans and bottles. No ice available for dine in drinks; although we did get small plastic cups to pour our 2 liter drink into. The decor was very simple, kind of boring. Service was just okay at best. The pizza dough didn't seem to have any flavor. Speaking of, there was almost no flavor to the sauce, probably because there was hardly any sauce at all. The pepperoni was almost fake in nature, with nearly no spice at all. Speaking of no spice, put the sausage in that category as well. The cheese was just okay. The entire pizza was missing ... I don't know ... flavor? There wasn't any garlic or oregano or spices of any kind in any of the ingredients, and if there were, it wasn't very noticeable. Overall, this pizza is not worth going back for. Far too many places around here have much better pizza. If it was this bad served to us fresh in their own dining room, I couldn't even imagine how bad it would be by the time it got to me on a delivery. No recommendation from me."

"Hello everyone! Last week, I visited this place because when I saw the banner outside the shopping center, it gave me the feeling that the restaurant would be good. So, I stopped over there a few days later. I bought a pepperoni lover with a fantastic taste and fresh cheese flavor—the service by the gentleman behind the counter. A great guy with a smile makes my order and cook, too. He brought Hewell the food to my table and treated me very attentively. Thank you for your services ❤️✌️"
