New York Pizza & Pasta

"I got a couple delicious, authentic New York slices from here on a busy Sunday night. I could have eaten a whole pie by myself. My only complaint is the size of the slices, wish they were a little bigger."

"We went to NY pizza on a recommendation from a friend. It was 7 on a Saturday night and it wasn't too crowded, and they were nice enough to reserve a table for the 7 of us. The staff greeted us when we walked in and brought us to our table straight away. It's an old school pizza parlor restaurant and definitely brings me back to an old school NY place. We ordered some garlic knots to start and they were great !! So fresh and doughy and loaded with butter and garlic, they were so good I almost forgot to take a pic. The wine and the salad was ok, the house salad had plenty of olives, peppers, and that stuff but the lettuce was chunky and uncut. Not the worst but didn't help. The wine was pretty good and the pizzas came out in good time. We ordered a medium 14 inch pepperoni, it was cooked well and was tasty. Overall it's a good place with good food, we will definitely go back when we are on that side of town."

"Another great strip mall find. We always get very good food here. Mo does a great job serving! The lasagna has great taste and a perfect balance of ingredients, not too much of anything (e.g. sauce, cheese, noodles), like many other places make. The Thai style shrimp salad was delicious. Great garlic knots! Fantastic pizza! Tasty burgers! A great find. Super service! We frequent this location, and for good reasons. There are several tables and booths indoors for dining. Just don't bother getting the fish and chips - that's not Italian!"

"I've been coming here for years for the Chicken Parmesan Dinner for takeout. It is definitely New York vibe here. I remember the older lady always sitting by the door who you knew was family. I know things change after Covid and prices of food have went up and restaurants are feeling the sting as we do as customers. When I ordered online I noticed it didn't include the Salad anymore. It used to come with a Small Salad and I would get Thousand Island dressing for it. Okay , I can live with that , but it was nice to have a little salad with dinner. I got home and pulled out the Garlic Bread and it was one little slice. It used to come with a small loaf of Garlic Bread about 8 inches long with top and bottom bread. This time I got one piece about a 4 inch bottom piece. Wow for all this pasta , chicken , and sauce , just one little piece. Now the Chicken Parmesan. Like I said , I've been coming here for years and it's decent , not fantastic , but I eat half and eat the other half the next day. So it's a good bit of both chicken and pasta. The pasta this time tasted funny , like dirty water pasta or something. I've never had a bad one at this place , but this time it wasn't good. I was so hungry from work that I still ate half like usual and had to make some of my own garlic bread to go with it and for the next day. I was really disappointed this time in the quality of my dinner , especially being a longtime customer. I would say probably over 15 years now."

"This place has very good pizza. New York style but with a thin and light tasty crust. You can eat two slices as I did and cruise through your day without feeling stuffed and bloated. The quality is also felt in the ingredients. The service and price was good. I definitely recommend and will be back."
