SOHO Sushi Burrito

"Love the service, cleanliness of the store and restrooms, and food. The only problem I've run into was that one time I went in to order a burrito with steak as the protein and... the steak didn't look like steak. I thought it was the vegan meat. That beef was WHITE. I saw it, said I didn't want the vegan meat, and the gentleman said it wasn't. My silence was loud. He was so professional and asked if I still wanted it or not. I asked for salmon instead. It was sad because I only go for my steak sushi cravings, which isn't often and I drove far from it. But otherwise, the service is amazing and everything else was wonderful. I may just stay with the other location if I want a steak burrito though."

"Stopped in to quickly scratch a sushi burrito itch. Staff was quick and efficient. Not overly friendly or chatty but took care of us quickly. Restaurant was clean and bright. My angry tuna burrito was good and the family enjoyed their sushi bowls. Great place for a quick stop"

"If you have read any of my reviews, you know that I review mainly the places I really like and this is one of those places. The Jones & Badura location is kind of easy to miss in a small strip mall. But, it's so worth the trip! I usually get takeout and love their sushi burritos. The photos are my dinner tonight after the gym. Shrimp tempura, spicy tuna, crab salad on seaweed with sushi rice, cucumber, avocado, masago and the sweet chipotle mayo. They make amazing stuff and it's a great value for the money. Plus the staff are aloha nice. Give it a try - I think you will agree. And nope, no one pays me for these reviews and I don't own the place haha."

"This is my first time visiting SOHO sushi burrito, I got their North Shore Poke bowl and was pleasantly surprised! Although making your bowl sounds so tempting, I have to say that their menu is a little more confusing than any other poke place I’ve been to. Also, their display of the ingredients that you can add to your bowl is very limited space so that’s why I opted for their pre-set bowls. Their North Shore bowl tastes pretty good, except that the salmon are chopped into little pieces, which for me, it’s too small to have a good chew/texture. With that said, their spring mix is fresh, rice are made perfectly, sauce are on point, portion is pretty decent. Overall, I’ll come visit again if I just want decent sauce with pre-set bowls/burritos. I would visit other establishment for better fish/build-your-own experience."

"BEFORE PANDEMIC WAS BETTER... Got home and we ate our bowls; 1) cheesy steak & 2) 3 amigos. Our bowls appeared similar to photo from website. Cheesy steak had a lot of good tasting beef. 2) 3 amigos lacked the sushi I was used to getting before the pandemic. Prices not cheap. Food mediocre. (My sushi was mushy.) Staff somewhat helpful. Overall disappointed due to changes since last visit so long ago. Not my GO TO sushi place for take out now. See my reviews for other restaurants I'd rather take out from whhen Inam hungry and like better."
