"One of the reasons I rarely come to this Papa John’s location it’s because the service is usually poor and I get a better bang for my buck from Dominos as far as pizza deals (although I do prefer Papa John’s pizzas out of all the pizza chains). However the staff that was there today 9/22/23 at 4:30pm was the best I’ve experienced at this location in my eight years living in Southern Highlands. They were all very friendly and welcoming as soon as I stepped through the door and the pizzas were ready on time and tasted great."
"I dont know if this place is under new management but the food quality is absolutely horrible. The pizza barley had any cheese on it or sauce, it was burnt and had no flavor what so ever. Got wings the for the first time from here and it test like it was heated up in a microwave. Absolutely horrible I won't come here again."
"Our delivery order took over an HOUR to arrive and needless to say the pizza was soggy, wings were cold and the cheese inside the crust not even melted. The food was inedible so I complained to corporate customer service and was promised a contact from franchisee and others. One week later nothing. The order was over $50.00 and I feel this company doesn't care one little bit!!"
"This place has gone from one of my favorite locals chains to last place. Quality has been decreasing but decided to give em another chance. Place an online order for 1 large cheese pizza for carryout. Says 18 to 26 minutes for pickup. 25 minutes later and they didnt even start making it yet! They are lazy and then don't even care!"
"Pizza is good but they put way too much sauce by the crust. Also are very inconsistent with sizes. I paid $14 for a large pizza and they couldn’t have given me bigger than a medium. It was hardly bigger than my little sisters hand. Also it was an unmarked box which I’m never seen at papa John’s"
