"I wouldn't give this place one start. I was in carls today December 30 2023 I ordered 2 5 piece tenders a chicken sandwich and a burger. When I got home I realized that one 5 piece was missing. I returned to carls on 1991 decatur Blvd Rosa the employee there treated me as if i was a con artist. I paid 50$ to be racially profiled. She didn't wanna give me what I paid for. She told me she put both orders in one box. So I asked her to demonstrate how 10 pieces of chicken tenders can fit in one box.instead She threatened me and said she will call the police. Would never dare go in there again She was talking about me in Spanish saying i was lying to get food. I have a great job Was just trying to get some lunch for me and my family Worst experience ever."

"The female that was working drive thru was the first person I saw when I walked in & I wasn't greeted or told one second for the person taking my order. I saw the same drive thru worker move her hair behind her left ear with her left hand with a glove one. Once she started putting her customers food in the bag she never changed the glove from when she touched her hair. As I watched the lady that was making my burger she made it right on the counter & not on the wrapper & she put onions on it then realized it said no onions so she grabbed them & took them off. Now what if I was allergic to onions & couldn't even have any touching my food at all. For the first time of me visiting that location the store was dirty with things on the floor when I first walked in."

"I enjoy the breakfast @ Carls Jr. although it's NOT worth the wait at this location. The line is never long here but that's because it literally takes them almost 20 minutes to fullfill this order (see pic). I've been here 3 times this last week just to see if it was a one time thing. This specific Carls Jr. has a constant 15 to 20 minute wait in an EMPTY drive through, everytime, without fail. Hashbrowns were cold and the sandwich was cold. Expect to wait longer if you order more then one food item. I ordered 3 burgers last time and it took almost half hour. I actually backed out and went and grabbed taquitos at 7-11 and when I passed by again the same car was still waiting at the window."

"I was impressed with the late night service, the quality of the food (especially the fries), & how tasty everything was. I got the plant based burger. I guess they don’t call it vegan, so offering it with cheese, mayo, & “special sauce” is understandable. I wish they were coach their teams a little more to fully understand the difference of plant-based & vegan. I respect the fact that this is from corporate & not each individual store. The service was quick & the woman who helped me was very kind. I ordered their waffle fries (they call them something else I forgot the name) & a diet dr. Pepper fountain drink which was pretty good too. A little more carbonation would have been nice. & lastly, the price was actually a lot more than I would have expected. Kinda crazy that fast food is almost as much as a nice sit down, healthy meal at a restaurant. Overall, great experience."
