"The women from this market have a hard time understanding what it means talk friendly and talk harsh to the customers. For that reason the women need to stop lying about the conduct of customers inside of the market when they go in a good faith of buying only. And the security which is a woman and a male senile checking on bags of customers is completely out of line. When they know they are not going to find nothing stolen from the market. I made the security team to apologize to me and for that reason I have never come back there. For not being worth a trip where we customers are harassed by women employees."

"Got kicked out for getting change and having attitude with a slow employee. They are all slow af at this location and are really illiterate as well. I needed 100 and he couldn’t even count that like why hire people who can’t even count to do register then you wanna make it the customers fault for getting upset for ur coworker is terrible. Customers are always right and this place is trash completely. Anyone in southern highlands should avoid this establishment it is dirty with rats and other bugs, always blood or urine on the floors as well. They sell expired food and just change tags out to make them last a bit longer. If you have sense avoid this place you will get sick. And I used to work here so i know first hand that this is all true. Smiths is a terribles establishment and is run by idiots"

"Horrible customer service! I had two employees come chasing me this evening, over them suspecting me apparently not paying for my items via self check out. I showed them my receipt and they stated she did pay, however no apology was extended. This all took place in front of my son. On my drive home I called back and asked for a mgr and the same girl that chased me down answered the call and said there was no mgr. and hung up on me after I told her I didn’t appreciate being treated this way! I circled back to the store and guess what the mgr was there! They need to better train their employees, I am a regular customer and don’t appreciate being treated like this! I’d rather shop at Albertsons moving forward."

"Turns out I'm illiterate and didn't read the tag on a sale right and botched things up at the self check out, but the lady working there was very nice and got everything sorted out. The pharmacy was also incredibly quick and easy"

"Great selection of organic, gluten free and vegan food. They also have everything else as well. Friendly staff, usually very quick service. Can get money orders and can pay bills as well. Overall good clean store. Very happy with our visits."
