"I just called Walgreens to fill a prescription and somebody hung up in my face, I called back she hung up again. I went to the store respectfully to ask why they were hanging up in people face because this not the first time this happened it usually only happen on night shift. A heavy set black lady (they said her name is TY or Tye) I don’t know if that’s her name but that’s what they said was very rude and yelling at me very loud when I was respectful the whole time. A manager named JAMES who’s always outstanding and helpful said he would talk to the manager for me, and he told me he heard the whole conversation. I’ll also be calling corporate. I asked her name because I see they don’t wear name tags and she said she don’t gotta give me her name. All of this happened because they don’t respect their customers. James the store manager was a great help as always. But something needs to be done in the pharmacy department."
"Had an appointment for a flu and covid shot. Stood in line for 45 minutes just to get to the counter and by the time I got there I felt so faint and nauseated I had to sit down. The worker tells me “it’s going to be awhile until we can get your shots”. Hello, I’ve been waiting 45 minutes already WITH an appointment. I had to leave the store because I was so lightheaded from standing in line for so long that I knew I was going to throw up if I didn’t get outside. Horrific service, chronically understaffed and I will NEVER use this Walgreen’s again."
"I cannot even imagine a worse pharmacy than this one. TWICE in the past two months we have received the wrong prescription! Imagine what would happen if we had paid as little attention to what drug we were taking as the staff there paid to what they dispense. We just waited an HOUR in line to be told the prescription was “waiting for insurance approval.” We said we would just pay for it instead after the long wait, they replied that we would have to come back later as it wasn’t ready anyway. After an HOUR waiting — it’s asinine the level of service…or total lack thereof. Any other pharmacy would make a mint if they came in this area to compete."
"LIKE BEING TREATED LIKE AN A******!? Then this IS the place for you!!! My kid had a root canal and needed his pain meds and antibiotics. When I got there, I went to verify that the order was revived. They got the script, but not the instructions. I gave them the office number to the dentist and they spoke to them and told me that we are good now. Come back in an hour. So I came back and no prescription. The person who helped earlier gone without telling anyone what was going on. The lady at the counter rolled her eyes clearly didn't give AF. I told her I will just take the prescription without the dosage instructions and will call the office in the morning. She told me fine, it will take them about an hour to fill it! At this point it has been almost 3 hours. I asked if they could expedite it and she said no. Tonight I needed a document printed and they told me to order it through the app and use the PDF format. I did and they said they didn't see the order. I showed them the email verification and they said it should be ready by the time stated. 30 minutes from when I ordered it. So I waited. I went to check on the order at the preordained time and was told it didn't print. I had been standing there the whole time watching these 2 employees hardly do anything. So I asked what can I do? My son really needs these documents. They told me to try the kiosk and directly hook my phone. I did and nothing. I asked what can be done? They told me to go to another Walgreens. I asked if the manager could possibly print from their computer the document? They didn't even bother to call the manager. They just said no. I shouldn't say they. The girl behind the counter never looked up to acknowledge my presence even when it was just my son, her and I there. She was a total plank of wood. I left to go elsewhere. I was planning on getting other items that would have totalled around $100, but left without buying a thing. I have been coming here for 15 years, but I will never come back after how I was treated. I wasn't looking for much. Just to not have hours of my time wasted."
"I’ve been coming to this Walgreens for years without any issues. I try to purchase an over the counter medication. That has been available in the regular store isles since I’ve been coming to this Walgreens. Now it’s behind the Pharmacy counter. After waiting 10 minutes to purchase my item. Lynn, refused to sell it to me after I asked why I needed ID for a medication I’ve never been ID’d before. Lynn snaps and tells me she’s refusing service. When I asked why she’s fusing service she started yelling saying it was her right to do so. Fine. Asked to speak to the manager. Waited 5 minutes, and he never showed. Possibly the worst service I’ve had in years."
