From the moment I stepped inside, I was transported to a tropical paradise with its vibrant décor and friendly island vibes. But the real star of the show was the food. I started with the empanadas, which were crispy and golden on the outside and packed with flavorful ricr and spices. The red rice was the perfect accompaniment, fluffy and savory with a hint of sweetness. And then there was the barbecue...oh, the barbecue! The pulled pork was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the ribs were fall-off-the-bone delicious. The smoky flavor was incredible, and the sauce was just the right amount of tangy and sweet. I also have to mention the service, which was friendly and attentive. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, Island Comfort Grill is a must-try for anyone looking for a delicious and authentic Hawaiian dining experience in Las Vegas. I can't wait to go back and try more of their dishes!"
