Pho Viet Café Vegas

"What a great find! We found this place searching for “com tam” (broken rice) and boy are we happy we stumbled into this gem. My bf is used to getting com tam with a choice of grilled pork/beef/chicken/pork chop and standard sides like shredded pork skin and "egg cake" (meatloaf) and sometimes a fried egg. Here it's served with caramelized pork chop (*absolutely delicious*) and either fried eggs and grilled shrimp (I got) or pork skin and meatloaf (he got). Grilled pork is our usual but this caramelized pork chop is *so good* I actually think they're correct not to offer you inferior options. Next time we're in town I plan to insist on coming here to try their bun bo Hue."

"These folks used to be in Bend Oregon and i used to eat here twice a week. This is the best atmosphere in a restaurant. They treat you like family, they are very attentive and prompt with any needs you may have. They will always check on you and make sure everything is right with your order. If you frequent the restaurant they will remember your name. They care about the service they care about you they care about the product. That's just the atmosphere. The food is incredible! My favorites included, any of the pho's, the yellow curry and they have the best teriyaki chicken i have ever had. The appetizer selection is wonderful they have great spring rolls, pot stickers, and egg rolls. I pretty much love everything they put out! Hope to see them again soon for wonderful food!"

"Authentic Vietnamese kitchen!! Finally!! It’s been a while since I’ve had Vietnamese food that feels like my grandfather’s kitchen! It’s not a fancy place, so if you’re looking for something nice and pretty to bring a date, this is not it. But if you’re looking to have a delicious meal, with no frills, then this is the right place! This is a small family business, not a chain. They were so nice and welcoming! I will be back to try other items on the menu!"
